Representation before the European Patent Office includes drafting, filing and prosecution of European patent application until the grant of the patent.

Emphasis is placed on patent defense at the European Patent Office. In addition, appeal procedures are also practiced before the European Patent Office both instances.

Foreign patent situations will be handled by the country-appropriate patent attorneys.

Our clients infringement cases will be addressed with the appropriate offensive or defensive measures. Infringement and validity opinions are prepared respectively. Infringement proceedings will be conducted with lawyers at the responsible courts.
